Jiu Jitsu
I went to class for the first time in 10 days due to injuring a ligament in my foot. I only did the class portion and did not roll during open mat. The move we focused on was a De La Riva sweep while the opponent is in combat base. This was a difficult move for me to grasp and it felt really akward while attempting it. We were then shown a modified baseball bat choke from side control by opening the opponents lapel and pulling it up behind his head, then grasping inside his collar with the other hand.

My foot hurt any time I posted off of it. I didn't reinjure it or anything but it is not completely healed. It doesn't hurt any worse than it has so hopefully it will continue to heal. I hope this doesn't end up being one of those nagging injuries that just never go away.
