A recent deload has been the gameplan in the gym. It's kind of intentional, my body is beat up, my energy level is low (low carbs), sleep has been off, aches and pains....sort of sounds like overtraining but I haven't really been training....well, I have but just not intense. Anyway, backing off a bit and focusing on lighter weight and adding a little more cardio (jogging) is my short term focus. We are planning on doing a 5/3/1 split next week...I am not super excited to do that workout but I'll give it a shot.
