2/24/09 - DE Bench - Westside

We had a new guy sto over to my basement gym tonight to work out with us. A big guy....strong mofo too.

155+doubled mini band 8x2

225x10
275x5
315x3
370xmiss I was trying to keep up with the new guy and I essentially allowed myself to get tolked into a weight I knew I wasn't likely to get that night....oh well!!!

c1. X Chain pushups (don't remember exact number of reps)
100lbs chain x max reps
80lbs chain x max reps
60lbs chain x max reps
40lbs chain x max reps
20lbs chain x max reps
x max reps
Repeat one more time

d1. Mini band pull aparts x20
d2. Mini band lateral raises x10 each side
