With my knee still not 100% I decided to do some rack pulls from approx. 2" below the knee.

I was actually pretty nervous about attempting this one. After last week, hurting my knee with max squats, I have been a little tentative attempting new PR's. But in actuality i think i could have handled more....I decided to stop though, I did hit a PR and wanted to end it on a good note.
Supersetted the next exercises
