I lieu of my knees still bothering me (Right Knee - Patella Tendon; Left Knee - LCL) I decided to do some Speed Box squats...My training partner wanted to use a lighter weight than I did so I just opted to use chains as these are easy to load and unload.
Speed box squats
135x10, 135x10, 185x8, 185x8
Speed box squats plus 40lbs chains per side (80lbs total)
185x12x2 (265 at the top)
3 rounds super setted
